Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst Level 1  

Overview: Level 1 Cybersecurity Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for monitoring and protecting an organization’s computer systems and networks. This role involves identifying and responding to security incidents, as well as supporting the implementation of security measures.  Must be within 1 hour driving distance to Austin, Texas USA. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor Security Systems: Continuously monitor security systems and alerts to detect potential threats or breaches. 
  • Incident Response: Assist in the investigation and response to security incidents, including documentation and reporting. 
  • Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct basic vulnerability assessments and report findings to senior analysts. 
  • Security Tools Management: Support the configuration and maintenance of security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems. 
  • Security Policies: Help enforce security policies and procedures within the organization. 
  • Threat Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to assist in proactive defense measures. 
  • Employee Training: Participate in cybersecurity awareness training for employees to prevent common threats like phishing. 
  • Customer Meetings: Be able to attend customer meetings when necessary to discuss security concerns and solutions. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze security alerts and logs to identify potential threats. 
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration. 
  • Certifications: Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are advantageous. 
  • Education: A degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

Location: Cebu, Philippines (Hybrid)   

Hours:    9:00pm – 6:00am Manila time

Job Description:

Job Title: Experienced Senior Executive Virtual Assistant  (10 open positions) 

Location: Cebu, Philippines (Hybrid) – in office 3 days a week.

We are seeking Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to our U.S. based companies.   

The person in this role must be an effective communicator and organized. Our ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver and relationship builder, with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow. 

Your role will: 

  • Manage the calendars of the executive you’re assigned to with a high level of detail 
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives within their company including external meetings 
  • Communicate with internal team members and external partners on behalf of the executives, understanding their cultural nuances  
  • Organize meetings, including booking conference room space, ordering catering, organizing agendas, preparing materials, and ensuring the availability of attendees 
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements ensuring tight schedules and well-articulated itineraries 
  • Prepare expense reports, vendor invoicing paperwork, and purchase requisitions, including monthly expense reconciliation and on-demand expense reports 
  • Anticipate and address communication and efficiency issues before they become problems

  • General office duties as needed

Job Title:  Experienced Network Support manager (10 open positions)

Position Details: 

Experienced in remote software installation, configuration, and ongoing accessibility of servers, networks, desktop computers, voice systems, peripheral equipment, and software. 

  • Oversee and prioritize the design, upkeep, configuration, development, assessment, and monitoring of LAN and WAN network infrastructure including Azure Compute, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 
  • Support existing customer on-premise Active Directory Administration and Support. 
  • 6+ years experience with IT/Managed Service preferred 
  • Efficiently manage tasks, schedule, and appointments. 
  • Provide prompt client response and follow-up. 
  • Customer service and conflict management skills are essential 
  • Timely and accurate updating of the master client database. 
  • Coordinate with Project Engineer to execute server migrations, network buildouts and software implementation. 
  • Perform support work on servers, firewalls and networks.
